Effective date: 3 May 2026 · Additive Labs Pvt Ltd · Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India

These terms govern use of this website and initial project inquiries. Paid work should be governed by a separate quotation, proposal, statement of work, purchase order, NDA, or service agreement signed or accepted by the parties.

1. About Additive Labs

Additive Labs Pvt Ltd is a hardware product engineering studio based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. We provide services including mechanical design, design for manufacturing, PCB design, firmware development, prototype PCB assembly, product development, and manufacturing coordination through trusted partners.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing this website, submitting a project inquiry, or communicating with us through the website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit information through it.

3. Website information is not a binding offer

The content on this website is provided for general information only. Descriptions of services, capabilities, process, timelines, or deliverables do not create a binding obligation unless specifically agreed in writing in a separate proposal, quotation, statement of work, or contract.

4. Project inquiries

You may submit information about a project through the inquiry form or by email. Submission of an inquiry does not create a client relationship, exclusivity, obligation to accept work, obligation to respond within a fixed time, or obligation to provide services.

We reserve the right to decline projects that are outside our capability, bandwidth, ethical standards, legal requirements, or commercial fit.

5. Separate project terms

Any paid engagement should be governed by a separate written scope. That scope may define deliverables, timelines, fees, payment schedule, revisions, assumptions, responsibilities, acceptance criteria, confidentiality, intellectual property, manufacturing support, warranty, and limitation of liability.

If there is a conflict between these website terms and a signed project agreement, the signed project agreement will control for that project.

6. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, lawful, and complete information required to evaluate or deliver a project. You are also responsible for ensuring that you have rights to any files, designs, references, images, specifications, or third-party materials you share with us.

You must not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading, confidential to another party without authorization, unsafe, harmful, or intended to copy or misuse another party's protected design or intellectual property.

7. Intellectual property

Ownership of project-specific intellectual property, design files, firmware, documentation, and deliverables should be defined in the relevant project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, website content, brand assets, visual design, text, graphics, code, and general materials on this website belong to Additive Labs Pvt Ltd or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape, or commercially use website content without our prior written consent.

8. Confidentiality

We treat project inquiries and technical information as confidential business information. However, you should not submit highly sensitive technical, financial, legal, or trade secret information through the website form before an NDA or appropriate agreement is in place.

Where necessary, the parties may sign a separate NDA before detailed technical discussions.

9. Manufacturing through trusted partners

Some manufacturing processes may be performed by trusted third-party partners rather than directly in-house. We may coordinate such work, but final project responsibilities, inspection standards, warranties, risk transfer, and partner involvement should be addressed in the relevant project agreement or purchase terms.

10. No guarantee of results

Hardware development involves technical uncertainty, supplier constraints, testing outcomes, manufacturing variation, component availability, regulatory issues, and revision cycles. We aim to provide practical engineering judgement and clear execution, but we do not guarantee commercial success, regulatory approval, manufacturing yield, or market performance unless expressly agreed in writing.

11. Third-party links and services

This website may use or link to third-party services such as hosting, email delivery, security verification, or external websites. We are not responsible for third-party websites, policies, downtime, actions, or content.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Additive Labs Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of this website, submission of inquiries, or reliance on general website content.

Any liability connected to a paid project should be governed by the relevant project agreement. Where no separate agreement exists, our aggregate liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnity
